Refund Policy

Please review the Cancellation Policy above for full details.

1. Organizational Cancellation: A full refund will be provided if Adulting Camp Calgary cancels the event.

2. Early Withdrawal: Refunds (less the $499 Registration Fee) are available for cancellations made on or before February 28, 2026.

3. Late Withdrawal: No refunds are granted after February 28, 2026, unless the spot is filled by an individual on the Waitlist.

4. No Pro-Rated Refunds: No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or dismissals from camp due to conduct violations.
