Cancellation Policy
Adulting Camp Calgary reserves the right to cancel the program due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Force Majeure (Acts of God): Natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated lockdowns.

Venue Unavailability: If the primary venue becomes unavailable and a suitable replacement cannot be secured in a timely manner.

Other Unforeseen Events: Any situation that compromises the safety or viability of the camp.
Remedies: In the event of a camp-wide cancellation by Adulting Camp Calgary, attendees will receive a full or partial refund as determined appropriate by management based on the timing of the cancellation.
Attendee Cancellations:

Before February 28, 2026: Attendees will receive a refund of their total fees paid, less a non-refundable Registration Fee of $499.

After February 28, 2026: No refunds will be issued.

Exceptions & Waitlist: If an attendee must cancel after the deadline (including for reasons of personal illness or injury), a refund (less the $499 Registration Fee) will only be issued if a person from the official Waitlist registers and pays for that specific spot.

Method of Reimbursement: All approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during registration.
