All Attendee and Parent information will be handled with the highest level of confidentiality in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Alberta Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

• Collection of Information: We only collect personal information (names, contact details, medical/dietary needs) that is strictly necessary for the administration and safety of the camp.

• Use & Consent: By registering, Attendees and Parents grant consent to Adulting Camp Calgary to share necessary information with staff, medical personnel, or venue partners only as required to ensure a productive, safe, and effective experience.

• Third-Party Disclosure: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Information is only disclosed to third parties when required by law or to ensure the safety of the attendee.

• Data Security: We employ industry-standard digital and physical security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

• Access to Records: In accordance with PIPA, parents and attendees may request access to their personal information held by Adulting Camp Calgary at any time.
